SwissSalary Sustainability Goals
Enjoy your job! It is important to us that a job is not just associated with work but is also fun. To keep this promise long term, we adopted the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) ratified by the United Nations in 2015. Our goal is to be environmentally, economically, and socially sustainable, and to continue to develop even further in these areas in the future.
In the year 2024, we focused on the following Sustainable Development Goals:

In 2024, we focused on a total of six Sustainable Development Goals - two on the social dimension, two on the economic dimension and two on the environmental dimension.
Goal 1: Carry out SwS 2.0 workforce health and subjective well-being survey.
Activities:
- Distribution of the Good Health and Well-being Questionnaire with the same constructs as in 2023 incl. follow-up survey
- Create an action plan for improvements
Goal 2: Promote physical activity among our employees.
Activities:
- Promotion of participation in sporting events, e.g. GP, bike to work
Potential further actions:
- Clarify possible perks
- Transfer knowledge about physical activity and health in everyday life
Goal: Actively contribute to ecosystems protection with the entire staff.
Activities:
- Replacing the existing taps in both offices so that carbonated water can be drawn directly from the tap. Dispensing with PET bottles.
Goal: Resubmit the Innosuisse project with The Lucerne University of Applied Sciences and Arts.
Potential actions:
- Actively promote startups and/or university projects
Goal: Raise awareness of diversity and inclusion
Potential actions:
- Implementation of gender-sensitive language at SwissSalary Ltd
- Promote awareness: transfer information to employees
- Gender equality label within the company (Swiss LGBTI Label)
Goal 1: Assess our supply chains with regard to sustainability.
Potential actions:
- Evaluate and consolidate our supply chains
- If necessary, pursue a more sustainable procurement strategy
Goal 2: Nachhaltiges Anlegen der beruflichen Vorsorgegelder.
Potential actions:
- Förderung Teilnahme an sportlichen Anlässen z.B. GP, bike to work
