As a customer, you have full control over your local deployment. To take advantage of this policy, you must regularly update your environment. You are responsible for installing the updates provided.
Our commitment:
We support Dynamics 365 Business Central (on-premises) in accordance with the official Microsoft lifecycle policy, but only if your installation is up to date. Regular updates provide you with all new features, security enhancements, and legal adjustments.
Which Dynamics 365 Business Central versions are covered?
The policy covers the current version and the two previous versions. This ensures that you always remain on a supported level.

SwissSalary Updates
The two most recent major versions of Dynamics 365 Business Central, which are released by Microsoft twice a year, are supported.
SwissSalary Ltd. guarantees that a compatible SwissSalary update will be available within three months (from the official update date) after the release of a new Dynamics 365 Business Central version.
