Vacation entitlements for apprentices in SwissSalary

In August, numerous apprentices will be starting their working lives. If you process vacation entitlements in SwissSalary, we recommend:

• to treat apprentices the same as other employees
• to credit vacation entitlements pro rata for the calendar year
• to enter the end of the apprenticeship contract as the resignation date now, so that the calculation for the last year of apprenticeship is automatically made up to the end date
