History

SwissSalary Ltd. is a Swiss software manufacturer based in Urtenen-Schönbühl. The company was founded in 1998. It develops business software solutions for ERP on the basis of Microsoft Dynamics 365. SwissSalary Ltd. employs about 45 employees at two locations (Urtenen-Schönbühl, BE and Sursee, LU) and cooperates with about 100 different Microsoft Dynamics 365 partners in 9 states. Over 1,700 customers settle 500,000 wages a month using SwissSalary (as of 2023).

    Further apps such as the Swiss Salary Cloudconnector, SwissSalary Banking and SwissSalary Cloud Essentials are published. SwissSalary is the first Swiss payroll app to receive the "swissdec certified-plus" label.

    SwissSalary 365 becomes the first and only pure SaaS (Software-as-a-Service) Payroll App for Switzerland under Business Central.

    Microsoft Dynamics President’s Club Award 2016 and Certified for Microsoft Dynamics 2016.

    SwissSalary Ltd. brings the first cloud-based solution to the market under the name «SwissSalary 365».
  8. 2014
    Swissdec version 4.0 recertification (withholding tax), the opening of the branch in Sursee, LU and Microsoft Dynamics President’s Club Award 2014.
  9. 2013
    «Certified for Microsoft Dynamics NAV 2013» recertification of the first version of SwissSalary Direct, the Employee Portal for sending employee documents.

    The foundation of SwissSalary Ltd.

    The first payroll software in Switzerland with swissdec 3.0 (BVG) certification.

    Swissdec version 2.2 certification.

    Microsoft publishes SwissSalary as future standardized payroll solution for Microsoft Dynamics NAV.

    The first version of SwissSalary EasyRapport, mobile time recording with integrated absence planning and expense recording.
